Bar BC East
Bar BC East rose out of the success of the Bar BC Ranch development. In summer of 2004, Ross Perot Jr.'s Hillwood Development purchased the Bar BC Ranch once owned by Wyoming Senator and Governor, Cliff Hansen. Under the leadership of Ross Perot Jr., Hillwood put more than 507 acres of the 1,400 acre Bar BC Ranch into a conservation easement. Now with the success of nearly $350M in sales at Bar BC Ranch, the Hillwood team is expanding the Bar BC experience.
In 2013, Hillwood bought 3 ranch parcels from the Lucas family, now called Bar BC East. This real estate offering is located on the east side of Spring Gulch on the Gros Ventre River. Bar BC East has sweeping Teton Views and expansive wildlife viewing and fishing waters. Bordering Grand Teton National Park access to outdoor recreation is limitless.
As of summer 2015, two of the three lots on Bar BC East have sold and fourteen of the lots at the Bar BC Ranch.
